Directions of Use:
Mix 500ml of water or juice with 50g of Maltodextrin. Maltodextrin can be used prior, during or after exercise. For optimal results mix 600ml of water with 50g Maltodextrin and 1 serve of VSN Amino Recovery Intra-Workout and consume during exercise.
Formulated supplementary sports food. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
